We ship our products both domestically and internationally. Shipping options and availability may vary based on your delivery location.

• Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

6. Delivery Issues

Delayed Orders:

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first contact the shipping carrier. Aroma Aura is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.
